"Figured You Out"
Never been the hit it and quit it type,
Never been the love type,
Cuz I felt either would bring nothing but pain.
So I decided to be the friend type, but shorty caught my eye
And I thought pain is life so why avoid it
And step to u
Love is what I thought we had
But now I see u only wanted me for my cash,
Wanted me for wat I could do 4 u
So now I am back to being the old me
Never being the hit it and quit it type
Nor being the love type, knowing both can bring nothin but pain,
What the hell life is pain and I let go of things
But still sometimes dwell on the thoughts of wat we had,
I thought wat we had was real
But I found out we were secretly battling like Tyson and Holyfield.
And at that moment I was sure time was standing still
Cuz it felt like nothing I was feeling could have been real.
U lied to me from the start and all I wanted to do was give my heart,
But u didn't know wat that means.
U played me for a sucker,
Thought u had the best of me cuz your love was stressing me.
Look, who wised up, left u there.
Now u trying every trick to get me back
But you can forget that cuz I've figured u out.
